Cook the mussels for a few minutes over high heat until the shells open.
Blend with white wine .... I used the Falanghina.
Evaporate the wine, sprinkle with plenty of fresh parsley (to taste you can 'add black pepper) and serve more .......' so fast !!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!
